I need to cancel any future shipments of greenpuffer. Not worth it. I have the free trial which cost 3.95 plus shipping. Found out the true cost and dont think its worth it. How do you go about cancelling future shipments and billing?

Please terminate my subscription immediately. Monthly charges were not disclosed until after I ordered the “free trial” and I haven’t even used the “free trial” that was mailed to me. A phone number would be nice for customer service but I cannot find one to call. This makes me feel that your company is even more deceptive.

To whom it may concern,
I would like to know if I have an account with your company. I have no record of dealing directly with GreenPuffer.com and suspect that the starter kit came via an affiliate. The reason I need to know is I desire to cancel this account. I have ordered three such trail packages to determine on my own which I want to use to stop smoking. Regardless of whether I should choose your product or not I do not desire to have a surplus of filter cartridges on hand. My records indicate that my credit card has been charged $154.85 to date and I was unaware of the auto refill program that I am apparently enrolled in. Based on these factors alone, I would not choose your company to help stop smoking as I do not like being mislead, be it your company directly or an affiliate.
Again, I no longer wish to be associated with your company in any way shape or form. Cancel my account and send me the necessary information to return the last shipment of cartridges.
Thank you for time and consideration in this matter and I await your prompt response.
