There has been a lot of discussion lately about the latest FDA Ruling By Judge Leon.
Electronic Cigarettes have one and the reason is qiute clear. Electronic Cigarettes are not tobacco or a controlled substance it is not tobacco and therefore can not be considered uder the jurisdiction of the FDA.
Electronic cigarettes are taking over the smoking world, what with the cost being less and none of the associated health risks of smoking harmful tobacco. Its like a dream come true. The costs where a lot more and because of that I thought personally that they would never take off.
Now the electronic cigarette is a lot more advanced, the technology is already developed and now the cost is a lot more affordable.
