These are a neat invention, i dont think they are the solution for everyone, but they can be a great help. Mainly, as long as you are not inhaling the chemicals and tar from cigarettes your lungs are going to get healthier.

e-cigarettes are one of the best inventions of all times. Not only can they keep you off of regular cigarettes, they taste better too. Now I don’t smell like an ash tray and I have strawberry flavored e-smoke!
