OK, In Switzerland you are not allowed to smoke in in bar pubs restaurants and anywhere else you can imagine.
I’min swietz and I was smoking my electronic cigarette in all the bars and pubs and anywhere else.

There has been a lot of discussion lately about the latest FDA Ruling By Judge Leon.

Electronic Cigarettes have one and the reason is qiute clear. Electronic Cigarettes are not tobacco or a controlled substance it is not tobacco and therefore can not be considered uder the jurisdiction of the FDA.

Electronic cigarettes are taking over the smoking world, what with the cost being less and none of the associated health risks of smoking harmful tobacco. Its like a dream come true. I remeber where I was when I first read an article about these amazing little inventions… It must have been about 5 years ago. The costs where a lot more and because of that I thought personally that they would never take off.

Now the electronic cigarette is a lot more advanced, the technology is already developed and now the cost is a lot more affordable.

According to a recent landmark ruling by Judge Leon. He ruled in favor of Smoking Everywhere and the Njoy lawsuit against the FDA. The findings where that electronic cigarette suppliers “are substantially likely to succeed on the merits and are likely to suffer irreparable harm if I do not return the parties to the status quo ante, their respective motions for preliminary injunction are GRANTED pending a final disposition of this case.”

Judge Leon then says, “This case appears to be yet another example of FDA’s aggressive efforts to regulate recreational tobacco products as drugs or devices under the FDCA.”

The reason in my opinion that this is such a landmark case, is that FDA recently gained the power to regulate tobacco-based cigarettes, but since electronic cigarettes don’t contain tobacco they don’t fall under that regulation.
