Has anyone used an Njoy smokeless cigarette?

I simply bought my gf an Njoy smokeless cigarette. and we need some info.
- The website points out 1 cartridge is comparable to two packs however she runs out of the item really quickly.
-She is unable to keep smoking the Njoy. It has smoke for the first few puffs (5min) then it stops. Is she supposed to make use of one cartridge in periods (smoke a little stop smoke a little quit)?
